Please Note: Refunding of Applicants Conference Fees are as follows:

    • 90% of fees will be re-funded for cancellation up to 4 weeks before Conference date
    • 25% 1-4 weeks before Conference date.
    • No refund with 1 week or less notice of cancellation.
    • A full refund if the event is cancelled by the Association.
